An Opening to a New World

This is the post excerpt.

I have always wanted to blog about various topics that may shine a different light of reasoning and awakening for those that may be open minded  enough to ingest, debate, agree or disagree.

Without taking much away from the present broad topics, please bare with me as I test my site out. I do not intend to create word perfect blogs as I am going to just type directly from my thoughts, but I do need practice on the mechanisms of tweaking with the available online tools.

My first topic will center on the reasoning behind so many peoples unhappiness, discontentment, stress and anxiety – where most of these causes are from external events that we as humans have been taught and allowed to become internalized.

I would also like to believe that once I get going on these various future blogs, that I will become aware that there are people who are following me, and the only way I can feel that I am not typing into empty space would be that as many people as possible COMMENT on my writing (negative or positive), and ask questions.

If I get the above feedback, it will give me the courage and enthusiasm to continue with some very interesting hidden revelations that occur everyday without most peoples knowledge.

Who am I ?    I JUST AM.   Who are you ?

So why then are so many people unhappy and discontented and what does this particular state of mind create ? It creates a high level of stress, anxiety and fear, which eventually leads to various physical and mental illnesses.

You as an individual are made up, “personality wise” of the entire sum of all your thoughts from the day you were born, influenced by circumstances, environmental, family, friends and general patterns of external factors such as schooling, unniversity, religion, culture and all other contacts with thought provoking influences, including the internet and media, etc.

In otherwords you are what and how you think, and if you are not happy with your circumstances, then you have to change the way you think.

The big question is how does one really change the way we think without becoming “someone else” ?

First of all, I want to tell you that everyone is a beautifull and unique person, absorbing most occurances on a second to second basis in our subconcious minds, which is a huge library of personal events in our day to day living, including our sleep time.

You are meant to be who you are and not what so called “society” expects you to be, or what you perceive society wants you to be. Why do we call ourselves “just being ourselves” different, wierd, strange ?

Is it because we want to fit in with our peers or societies norms ?

Who decides the “norm” – the means of defining our very existance – does this world really seem normal?

How many people have learnt to “live in the now” as we did as kids, also known as “living in the moment”.

Why do we keep living in the past and fearing the future ?

We have to teach ourselves to “live in the now” as we did when we were young kids, we have to learn from the past – not dwell or live in it, we have to live in the “now” and enjoy it to the full and we have to on that basis provide for our futures.

Our biggest enemy is “FEAR”.

Ask yourselves what do you truly fear ?

What is making you unhappy ?

Why are you getting sick ?

What are you going to do to change everthing ?

So without detracting to far, just remember this:

Death is as natural as life – so embrace what you have for now, live it, learn from it and enjoy all that life allows us to, and when your time comes – know that you lived a full and contented life and do not fear the next journey into the after life.

The problem with fear is that it feeds off itself, and so the longer fear stays with you, the more intense it will become.

Now there are various stages to go through in order to change your life, if that is what you want to do.

1)Accept yourself for who you really are – your essence.

2)Love yourselve and know that you are a unique individual.

3)Forgive youselve for any thing that is still troubling you

4)This is absolutely essential to do the above by truly, truly forgiving yourself and really letting go of all guilt.

5)Forgive all those that have harmed you, no matter what it was – for without this forgiveness, the person it hurts the most is YOU – just let go.

6)The above points will give you a true feeling of release and you will feel re-energized, refreshed and free.

There are more points to consider, going back to the original topic, which I will continue at a later date. PLEASE FOLLOW THE ABOVE – IT WORKSSSSSS.,

I been so out of things lately I kinda turned to a bit of hibernation, staying at home – lying in front of the fire and wondering where did the Summer go !

The good thing about it is it enabled me to sort of go into the twilight zone where I was semi conscious yet also semi asleep or in a state of deep contemplation.

I felt, warm and comfortable, free, without any obligations, it was a circumstance that I often dream’t of, me lying on a slow moving, soft, silky cloud, high in the sky, with the warm golden rays of sunshine tickling my body. Full contentment, warmth, safe, soft, comfortable, dream-like and an in an amazing state of body and mind.

A feeling that some how opened my mind thoughts of

He Just Needs To Find His People, Then He’ll Be Safe

Americans are really living on another planet. I really sympathize with all the victims of this outrageous act. Travel well to hopefully a better place.
Reality is that those people were murdered, based on the teachings of a cult called islam. Its not a deranged individual murdering humans, its a deranged cult calling for the murder of “gays” and non-believers.
Lets say it as IT IS. This so called ” political correctness” is just a cover up of reality. I am not a hater – I am a realist.

Raising My Rainbow

FullSizeRender(14)Growing up, I instinctively knew that I had to worry about my brother’s safety because he was slightly effeminate when young, people assumed he was gay as a teen, then he came out shortly after high school. All of those things made him a target for bullying, harassment, victimization and violence.

I saw him find his people and it eased my worry. The first time he took me to a gay club, I remember thinking, “He’s found his people. He’s safe here.”

The first time I visited his new place in West Hollywood, I remember thinking, “He’s found his people. He’s safe here.”

My youngest son started showing signs of gender nonconformity at age three, started describing himself as gender nonconforming at five, self identified as a member of the LGBTQ community at eight.

Little did I know that the worry I’ve always had for my LGBTQ brother’s safety had…

An Open Letter To Amanda Lauren From Someone ‘Beyond Help’

Well done and spot on. The reality is that most people have a degree of mental illness in them – sometimes just waiting to come out by some series of events – trigger mechanism. Its just that some have this desease in a far more intense basis than most and as such are classified as mentaly “unstable” – a rather harsh saying. a desease is a desease and a mental desease is just that.
I am bipolar1, and since my treatment, I live a stable, healthy, successfull and happy life. If I happen to tell anyone for what ever reason that i have been diagnosed as bipolar and I live with this desease everyday of my life, they at first do not believe me and think I may have a bizarre sense of humour. So mental disorder or desease can be cured quite successfully. I say “cured” but in reality stabalized – as the mental desease remains within forever. The “cure” is the meds, belief, support and minimising stress.

Let's Queer Things Up!

Having nearly died by suicide six years ago, I can imagine what people would have said about me. They would’ve talked about my deep depressions, my unpredictable rage, how lost I was.

Maybe, like you, they would’ve said that I was better off dead. Maybe, like you, they would have callously remarked that some people with mental illness can’t be helped.

Here’s a letter for you, Amanda, from someone “beyond help.”

You were right to judge yourself for exploiting Leah’s story, because it’s exactly what you did. You took the life of a mentally ill person and diminished it, deciding to use her struggles for your own personal gain.

Mentally ill people do not exist as entertainment for you. They do not exist as a sensational story to tell. They are not a product for your consumption. We are not property, we are not objects, we are not paychecks…
